Ordering Linens:

• • All linen rentals should processed thru this website. 
  • You will receive an email verification after your order has been processed. This will serve as receipt and proof of rental.
  • You may order linens up to TWO weeks prior to your stay. Please contact the office at 603-569-1000 to confirm a last minute rental.

Before your Stay:

• • Quantities are limited and are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • The linen rental service is offered at a flat rate, whether your stay is for a few days or a few weeks.
  • Each property has a BASIC LINEN PACKAGE that includes linens for all listed beds, bath towels sets for occupancy, a bath mat for each bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. You may add extra items to that basic package.   

Upon Arrival:

• • All linens and towels are delivered clean and ready to use. Please inspect all linens and towels upon arrival. Sheets will be placed on the applicable bed and towels will be placed in one central location.  If there are any missing or damaged, please call Jenn at 603-569-1000.
  • If you have chosen the bed-making option, our housekeeping staff will have the beds made prior to your arrival 

During Your Stay:

• • You are allowed to wash your sheets and towels as needed. Please take as much care with our linens as you would with your own.
  • DO NOT use bath towels as beach towels or cleaning cloths.
  • Use warm water to wash and cold water to rinse. Please do not use bleach.

Upon Departure:

• • Strip bedding from all beds and remove towels from bathrooms. Place all linens in one area of the house.  It is your responsibility to ensure all rented linens are accounted for.
  • If your full order is not returned or if there are permanently damaged items (to be determined at the sole discretion of Yankee Pedlar Realtors), you will be charged a replacement fee from the schedule below:
